The reserves finished off their season with an important win that sees them rise off the bottom of the table. Millmead were rampant in the early stages with the Park soaking up pressure and defending corner after corner. Millmead did take the lead eventually but the Park replied after Paul stabbed home a Jon Swarbrick corner. With no Reserve strikers available Greg came in to help himself to a couple of goals, Paul and Ben Simon providing the assists. Millmead hit back with a second and also scored our 4th with an unfortunate own goal.
The game ended 4-2 to the Park, a bit of a smash and grab but it was about time the reserves good perfomances turned into a result. Alex and Paul shared man of the match.

ABOUT US >> Guildford Park F.C. plays each Saturday during the season. Our inaugural season of 2005/06 saw us finish 5th in the Guildford & Woking Alliance Football League, thus gaining promotion to Division 3. Seasons 06/07 to 08/09 were played out in Division 3 finishing 7th and 11th and 7th. Our home ground is Fairlands.
